Matthew DiNapoli, President/CEO |
Matthew DiNapoli has been actively involved in
real estate development, investment, and finance
for over 15 years, with an extensive track record
of successful hotel investments. Through the conception
and implementation in 1993 of the Hotel Equity
Funds, he has been instrumental in the acquisition
of 18 luxury hotels and major investments in two
major hotel operating companies. Among the luxury
hotels in which Mr. DiNapoli is currently a general
partner are the Four Seasons, Austin, The Four
Seasons Resort, Nevis, The Four Seasons Resort,
Aviara, the Four Seasons, Toronto, The Four Seasons,
Houston, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis, The San
Francisco Fairmont, The Mansion at Turtle Creek,
Dallas, The Carlyle, New York, Little Dix Bay,
British Virgin Gorda, the Fairmont Miramar, Santa
Monica, The Fairmont, San Jose and The Fairmont,
Kansas City. Combined, the hotels total over 5,000
rooms with an estimated market capitalization
in excess of $1.5 billion. Prior to entering the
hotel investments industry, Mr. DiNapoli worked
with Sonnenblick-Goldman, one of the largest privately
held real estate investment banking firms in the
country. During his tenure with Sonnenblick-Goldman,
he was involved in debt and equity transactions
of over $200 million, ranging from office and
industrial buildings to apartment complexes and
hotels. Mr. DiNapoli also worked in New York with
Arthur Andersen & Company's Strategic Services
Division, the accounting firm's management consulting
operation. Mr. DiNapoli is a licensed real estate
broker in the State of California. He holds Bachelor
of Arts in Political Science from the University
of Southern California and a Masters in Business
from Columbia University.

Chuck Bond,
Chief Financial Officer |
Chuck C. Bond, is the Chief Financial Officer
of DiNapoli Capital Partners. Prior to joining
DiNapoli Capital Partners, Chuck was President
and CEO of Ivy Hospitality. Ivy Hospitality is
the largest party rental company in the Napa and
Sonoma Valleys. At Ivy Hospitality, Chuck worked
closely with the company founder to expand the
company footprint and triple revenues. Prior to
Ivy Hospitality, Chuck worked for 16 years with
Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where he ultimately
rose to the Company’s Executive Director
of Finance and Accounting. While with Fairmont,
he worked at Fairmont Hotels in New Orleans, Dallas
and Chicago. Prior to joining Fairmont, Chuck
spent 3 years with Pannell Kerr Forester, where
he earned his CPA and became a Certified Hospitality
Account Executive. While working at PKF, he specialized
in hotel and utility company audits. Chuck graduated
from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor
of Science Degree.

Campbell, Vice President Investments |
Matthew Campbell is the
Vice President of Investments at DiNapoli Capital Partners.
Prior to joining DiNapoli Capital Partners, Matthew worked
at Lowe Enterprises, a diversified, real estate investment,
management and development company based in Los Angeles.
At Lowe Enterprises, Matthew focused on sourcing debt and
equity capital for the firm’s sponsored acquisition and
development projects and investment platforms. In this
capacity Matthew participated in the financing of hotels,
resorts and commercial real estate assets. Prior to Lowe
Enterprises, Matthew worked both in investment banking
and public accounting, where he earned his CPA. Matthew
holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management,
where he was a Dean’s Scholar and President of the
Anderson Real Estate Association. He completed his
undergraduate education at the University of Notre Dame
where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor
of Business Administration.

| John Southwell, Vice President Hotel Operations |
John Southwell is Vice President Hotel Operations at DiNapoli Capital Partners. He was General Manager
at the Hilton San Jose for many years. John has been primarily responsible for hotel operations,
service delivery systems, strategic planning, financial performance and sales and marketing.
Born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia, he has a diverse background in hotel operations
with experience in the United States and Canada. Prior to joining the Hilton San Jose as General
Manager in 1995, he held Management positions in Operations at the Sheraton Hotel San Diego and the
Sheraton Centre Toronto.
John is an avid supporter of the community. He is a founding member and on the executive committee
of Team San Jose, an entity formed to operate and market the San Jose Convention Center and other
city cultural facilities. He is a member of the San Jose Convention and Visitors Bureau's Board of
Directors and is a past Chairman of the Board. He also serves as past Chair of the Mayor of San Jose's
Role Model Program.
John also currently serves as a management trustee on the Board of Trustees for the South Bay Hotel
Employees Restaurant Employees Trust Fund and was appointed in 2007 as an Employer Trustee on the
UNITE/HERE National Pension Fund; Hilton Hotels IT Advisory Council and is a member of San Jose State
University's Hospitality Management Advisory Board and Cornell University's Alumni Admissions Ambassador's
Network, member of the KIPP Foundation Charter School Program Board and the John and Doris Fischer Foundation.
John graduated from Cornell University with a Master's degree in Hotel and Business Management and holds a
bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

| Alex DeHaven, Assistant Vice President Investments |
Alex DeHaven is the Assistant Vice President of Investments at DiNapoli
Capital Partners. Prior to joining DiNapoli Capital Partners, Alex was
the CFO for a portfolio of media, real estate and luxury yacht chartering
businesses in Miami, FL. Prior to that, Alex worked extensively in
mergers and acquisitions through roles in public accounting and
investment banking. Alex recently graduated with an MBA from the
Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan
where he concentrated on a real estate and finance curriculum.
During his MBA program, Alex also studied international corporate
strategy at the University of Bocconi in Milan, Italy. Alex also
holds a master’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in
business administration from the University of South Dakota, where
he graduated magna cum laude. Alex is a licensed certified public accountant.

| John Hoffart, Financial Analyst |
John Hoffart is a Financial Analyst at DiNapoli Capital Partners.
Prior to joining DiNapoli Capital Partners, John worked at Triple Net
Properties, a diversified real estate investment and management
company based in Orange County. At Triple Net Properties, John was
an Acquisitions Analyst focused on underwriting and financing new
acquisitions and refinancing existing properties in Triple Net’s portfolio.
At DiNapoli Capital Partners John works on Acquisitions and Asset Management.
John completed his undergraduate education at the University of California
at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at UCLA
John was a member of the men’s basketball team from 2000-2004.
